This is one of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in the department. But first of all, Jérôme Nutile is a local boy who fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening this gourmet table in Nîmes in 2015. Awarded the title of Meilleur ouvrier de France, the chef offers "haute-couture" cuisine, contemporary and refined, that sublimates each product. The menu is aligned with the seasons, and the romanticized menu titles underline the festival of flavors and gustatory emotions depicted on the plates. A culinary identity finely honed for our greatest pleasure.

En général nous sommes comblés mais ce soir nous sommes plutôt déçus
La pièce d’agneau à la carte était plutôt limite , plus de gras que de viande
C’est dommage quand on voit le prix du plat on s’attend à un morceau d’agneau vraiment plus tendre
