In the heart of Nîmes, Coutellerie Domingo perpetuates a 150-year-old tradition. Formerly a Raynaud cutlery shop, it has been passionately taken over by Jérôme Domingo, a native of the region who trained in Thiers, the French knife capital. A talented craftsman, he offers his own creations, such as Le Nîmois and Le Minot, as well as a sharpening, repair and renovation service. Enthusiasts can even try their hand at the art of knifemaking at one of our discovery days, where they can make their own knife. A must for knife enthusiasts!
