The Cave de Moulézan, founded in 1923 and strengthened by the absorption of Crespian in 2002, now manages almost 560 hectares of vines in several communes. Les Vignerons d'Eleins, committed to an environmentally-friendly approach, produce Terra Vitis and HVE-certified wines. Their range, which includes IGP Cévennes and AOP Coteaux-du-Languedoc, seduces with fruity reds and rosés, perfect for accompanying typical dishes.
