This small boutique defends its land, such as a resistance to its territory: the olive grove is the promotion of regional and artisanal products, from olive oils to wine through fruits and vegetables, or meat and other local products. A way for residents and passers-by people to eat locally and without going through the large agribusiness industries. The shop highlights the production of oils from Montfrin castle, developed with Catalan specimens and varieties. On the wine side, you can test the Albizzias, a côtes-du-Rhône developed at the crossroads of varieties known as grenache, syrah, carignan, cinsault or bourboulenc. A pharmacy that breathes up the Midi, its gastronomic land, immeasurable know-how and finally, delicious flavours.

I went in this shop it in my last holidays. As soon as you enter the shop you are welcomed by Jacques and Christine (the owners it seems to me) which is very friendly, monsieur looks good information on goods and madame with its chat could sell the storage. The products are of excellent quality, a very attractive value finally the vaults of the shop means you have to take a detour via the grove has Montfrin.
