On the heights of Meynes, Château de Montfrin is home to a remarkable olive-growing estate that has been organically farmed since 2010. Here, 120,000 olive trees flourish on land that was once a refuge for animals fleeing the floods of the Gardon. This terroir has given rise to three exceptional extra-virgin olive oils: Moulin des Ombres, the estate's flagship, with its balanced fruitiness; Château de Montfrin, dominated by the arquebine variety; and Petit Château, a milder version based on petit ribier. These are committed oils, to be discovered on site at their magnificent estate.
