Welcome to Mas Seren, in the heart of the Cévennes! Yes, the rhyme is deliberate, as owner Emmanuelle Schoch will explain. In 2009, this native of Lyons came to plant her six hectares here in Monoblet (tasting and sales are in Anduze), choosing organic winemaking for her reconversion. Garrigue and oak forest encircle the estate, bathed in sunshine and watched over by the stars (which give the estate its name: Seren means "star" in Welsh, and each cuvée is named after a star).
