This bistro - which just opened (we are in November) - seems to be the rendezvous of the aperitif, coffee, and the small, quiet food. The boss (son of the former Parisian Café, Pius Square) holds as a chef in cooking and service where unique menus for each day of the week: today - Wednesday - it is small salad, chili con carne, pineapple. Tomorrow Wednesday, it will be accomodées pasta, Thursday - question mark - and Friday… aioli pardi! Maybe efforts to encourage!
