Let's take the side roads and leave the boulevard to come across Le Vigan's best restaurant and its shady terrace. A small room of stone and yellow lime, luminous colors, pebbled bar and wooden tray: the setting is set, and the cuisine is resolutely traditional with hints of multiculturalism. The emphasis here is on taste and fresh, local produce. A sunny, southern cuisine that also respects your vegan or gluten-free diet. Porcini mushrooms, morels and truffles flavour the sometimes daring dishes. Delicious!
