Nice restaurant preparing a daily menu according to the arrivals offered by the sea with Mediterranean flavors
On the quayside, Le Dauphin is a must for lovers of authentic seafood cuisine. The produce is extra-fresh, freshly fished by the father, a trawlerman from Grau-du-Roi. The son, at the helm in the kitchen, works the daily menu according to what's available. Semi-cooked red tuna, squid on ink tagliatelle or Graulenne rouille are just a few of the specialties to delight the taste buds. With its sunny terrace and warm ambience, Le Dauphin is a real Mediterranean gourmet stopover.

En entrée, nous avons goûté une salade de poulpe et une rillette de thon : un vrai régal, des saveurs fraîches et bien équilibrées. Le plat principal était tout aussi savoureux, et que dire du dessert, une fougasse au sucre accompagne d un sorbet… tout simplement délicieux, une belle surprise du début à la fin !
Seul petit bémol : le service. La serveuse semblait plutôt fermée, peu chaleureuse. Elle fait son travail correctement, mais sans échange ou sourire, ce qui peut un peu ternir l’ambiance si l’on recherche un moment plus convivial.
Un grand bravo au cuisinier, qui a su régaler nos papilles. On sent la passion dans l’assiette !
Malgré l’accueil un peu froid, nous avons très très bien mangé. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour la qualité de sa cuisine.
