Visit the pits of Fournès, a lunar landscape located not far from Remoulins.

Lunar landscape, not far from Remoulins, resulting from an important clayey sedimentation shaped by erosion with 10 to 30 m high peaks of white and soft clayey marls eaten away by erosion. The slopes are notched with furrows dug in arid basins in the manner of devil's pots. It is a particular biotope, a refuge for kermes oaks, wild lavender, thyme and rosemary. One can observe the nests of bee-eaters, orange and blue birds, which come from Africa from mid-April to the end of August. A beautiful discovery.
