For Laura Colombelle and Anthony Issoire, the priority is quality of service and an ambience conducive to tasting the chef's creations, with an attractive, gourmet menu that changes with the seasons: pan-fried foie gras with seasonal fruits, scallops, veal kidneys, fillet of beef with morel mushrooms, market fish, duck breast, summer salads and burgers, and over 80 regional wine references... In summer, the terrace is shaded by century-old plane trees. The rooms are classic and relaxing.
