Settled in the heart of the high Cevennes, Melissa Brun and Nicolas Boutin took over the family farm in 2013. Castaneiculturists in organic farming, their chestnut groves are located around the village. They grow exclusively traditional varieties, namely figarettes, pellegrines, rabairaises.
