" La Bâtisse ", the main building, consists of 21 fully renovated rooms, as for" the Annexe ", its 12 rooms will charm you with their Provencal decoration. In the restaurant, the chef will offer you a cuisine with generous flavours and influenced by the richness of the southern region. You will be conquered by a renewed and bold map. The Old Castillon also hosts seminars in its spacious room. You will choose this step because it is at the crossroads of roads leading to the sites of the duchy of Uzès, Nimes, Avignon or the Pont du Gard. This hotel belongs to the H 8 Collection group.

Côté restauration, c’est un véritable sans-faute : chaque plat est préparé avec soin, plein de saveurs, mettant en valeur des produits frais et de qualité. Une cuisine exquise, qui mérite vraiment d’être découverte !
Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil irréprochable et cette belle expérience. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

It’s located in small lanes and very difficult to park your car.
Reception
Staff is nice but showing impatient while being asked question. Receptionist asked me why I am waiting for while I was waiting friends outside. It’s totally inappropriate question to ask customers why you are waiting here, very weird. Haven’t had any experience like this while stayed in 5-star hotel. While I asked for parking area, receptionist is not helpful but asked for velvet service which is not seen in other 5-star hotel. Receptionist replied with you just go and see with sign by yourself rather than showing specific parking map and area.
Velvet service
Hotel located in small lanes and only temporary drop off area. While I carefully parked my rental car at temporary drop off area, velvet stuff showed impatient attitude and opened arms to me caused he thought it’s too slow.
Room
It’s good with famous toiletries but it doesn’t guarantee with good service. Shower is without class to stop spilling water from shower which is weird design. Haven’t seen like this in other 5 star hotel.
