DOMAINE CHABRIER & FILS
Located in Bourdic, this family-run winery was established in 1925. Know-how has been passed down from generation to generation, and the wine here is a carefully-crafted nectar, on this estate of excellence, with prices close to those of a winegrower's cellar. Mediterranean grape varieties - Grenache noir, Carignan and Syrah for reds and rosés, Grenache blanc and Viognier for whites - produce the AOP Duché d'Uzès. Extra-meridional varieties - Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for reds, Chardonnay and Sauvignon for whites - are used to make IGP Coteaux du Pont du Gard wines.
