It's an inn in the best sense of the word, where you come to relax and refresh yourself on the terrace in the shade of the mulberry trees, after a visit to the causse. Passing through the region and curious to discover the local specialities prepared with veal and lamb from the causse, pélardon and sweet onions. The food here is typically Cévenol, as if you were at home, but you can also sample dishes inspired by Chef Osman's travels. Here, simplicity goes hand in hand with friendly, discreet service. Good value for money.
