For 20 years, Christophe Aguilar has run Domaine de la Patience, founded in 1930, with passion and respect for the terroir. Growing 80 hectares of organic vines, he produces exceptional wines from two terroirs: Costières de Nîmes and Coteaux du Pont du Gard. His meticulous work in the cellar, controlling temperature, filtering to a minimum and even sulfite-free for 2 cuvées, preserves the authenticity of the wines. The Nemausa cuvée is an excellent value for money choice. Come and discover these treasures at the cellar, and taste other local products too.
