At the Domaine de Tavernel, Pierre Amphoux and his daughter Denise Compagne have been producing quality wine since 1980, on vines certified for organic farming. Wines from the Gard and Bouches-du-Rhône regions, their wines have won several medals. White, rosé and red IGP Gard wines will accompany your dishes throughout the meal. Last but not least, a pioneer and committed producer, the domaine has been offering a wide selection of organic wines since 1987... a production that's constantly moving upmarket! The château produces wines of character shaped by the typical features of the Mediterranean landscape: sun, Rhône and pebbles. A perfect alchemy that has earned the château a place among the Costières region's finest wines. Three or four crus for each range of wines, at unbeatable prices. Signposted trails through the vineyards show the link between terroir and wine aromas. The estate offers winegrower picnics, vineyard aperitifs and tasting workshops with culinary accompaniment.

In the commune of Beaucaire, Domaine du Capitaine is a winery offering products from the region's winemaking traditions. Domaine du Capitaine is renowned for its quality wines and Armagnac, which reflect the accent of the Gascon sun. Founded in 1914, it is one of the oldest wineries in the region. The 85 or so cooperative members, working on some 500 hectares, all have the same objective: quality. The cellar offers a wide choice of vins de pays d'Oc, vins de pays du Gard and Costières de Nîmes, with Merlot, Grenache and Carignan for the reds, and Sauvignon and Colombard for the whites. Bulk wines are also available, including bag-in-box, and a number of cuvées such as Cuvée Goya. Finally, quality products such as Beaucaire olive oil, honey and fruit juices.

At Caves et Domaines, you'll find a boutique dedicated to wines from all regions, with a wide choice to suit all pockets and all types of connoisseur. Local wines at just a few Euros a bottle rub shoulders with grands crus and champagnes. There are also whiskies, rums, beers and gourmet products. The house also acts as a relay for farmers' baskets filled with vegetables direct from the grower. A must for lovers of fine wine and local produce! Enjoy your tasting!

Gilles Rouchon, assisted by his grandson, offers wines from the Pont du Gard hillsides. At Mas des Plantades, you'll find a wine for every occasion, every dish, every meal: their cuvées are called Amitié, Partage, Héritage, Hommage, names that set the tone. These independent winemakers are all organic. And at every wine-tasting evening organized by the Mas des Plantades team, sometimes forgotten values are brought up to date with wine and appetizers to be enjoyed in complete conviviality.
