Between farming, the inn and the reception rooms, Valérie has no time to dawdle, especially as she also concocts flower and rice preserves and jams that tickle the taste buds of gourmets. These sweet treats are the delight of guests at breakfast on this large, typically Provencal estate. From March to December, Valérie also offers B&B, camping and mazet accommodation in this enchanting part of the world, as well as farmhouse snacks to delight young and old alike.

The château produces wines of character shaped by the typical features of the Mediterranean landscape: sun, Rhône and pebbles. Carrefour de Beaucaire is a supermarket located on Route de Nîmes, Lieudit Genestet, in Beaucaire. Founded in 1914, it is one of the oldest wineries in the region. The 85 or so cooperative members, working on some 500 hectares, all have the same objective: quality. The cellar offers a wide choice of vins de pays d'Oc, vins de pays du Gard and Costières de Nîmes, with Merlot, Grenache and Carignan for the reds, and Sauvignon and Colombard for the whites. Founded in 1924, this Beaucaire cooperative is the town's oldest olive oil processing plant. Also on sale is an organic olive oil made from olives harvested on the Costières plateau. Visit and tasting at the mill free of charge.

Since 2004, the mill is installed in the activity zone of Milliaires. It specializes in olive oil from the Picholine variety and is certified organic. This olive from the Gard gives the olive oil an inimitable green fruitiness and ardour.
