Step into the history of the Gallo-Roman era, from a cellar that is said to be still in use - you can even taste reconstructed Roman archaeological wines. The best time to visit is at harvest time, when farm workers are rehearsing ancestral gestures around the press, but at all times, you'll have access to the vineyard, the archaeological site and the permanent exhibition. A unique place!

Un grand choix de produits locaux, et surtout un excellent vin, toutes sauveurs confondues... à découvrir, en plus des visites guidées du site...Je recommande, pour les touristes évidemment et aussi les locaux qui ne le connaîtraient pas encore.

Nous étions 2 couples à faire une journée vin. Nous sommes arrivés à la cave 10min avant la fermeture. La dame nous a dit d un ton très hautain et antipathique qu'elle fermait dans 10 min. Nous sommes vite répartis.

Superbe domaine le site archeologique est une merveille, le vin romain est delicieux, le vin de ce domaine est tres bon je le conseille la cour des glycines est un delice, tres bon acceuil, tous les ans jy retourne.
