Step into the history of the Gallo-Roman era, from a cellar that is said to be still in use - you can even taste reconstructed Roman archaeological wines. The best time to visit is at harvest time, when farm workers are rehearsing ancestral gestures around the press, but at all times, you'll have access to the vineyard, the archaeological site and the permanent exhibition. A unique place!
