In his charming boutique, this artisan nougat and gingerbread maker crafts his delights from regional products. The products from his workshop offer a veritable taste festival for the taste buds: in addition to the traditional nougat with garrigue honey, the flavors of tequila, pepper and pastis are a pleasant surprise.
