Inspired by the elegance of Medici vases, the production of traditional Anduze vases is the flagship product of the family pottery. Since 1983, Béatrice Casanova has been based at the gateway to the Cévennes, in the town of Anduze. In her workshop, the craftswoman creates hand-turned white earthenware utilitarian and decorative pottery in a range of colors. All are unique, hand-crafted pieces. In addition to her sublime Anduze vases, Béatrice's collections include wine jugs and jam funnels, as well as glazed sun lights and Occitan and Huguenot crosses. Don't miss her earthenware cat farm!

Les Cordeliers pottery maintains the age-old tradition and noble gestures linked to the making of Anduze vases. Manufacture of the bell, the foot, assembly of the two parts, finishing, natural drying, enamelling then firing at over 1,000°C. The company respects to the letter the artisanal processes of the end of the 16th century. A respect for the know-how to sign classic vases and other more contemporary ones. Each piece is signed and numbered at the bottom and stamped with a seal guaranteeing its origin.
