At the Auberge d'Auzon, which seats around ten, you can choose to sit out on the terrace, or indoors in a cozy setting. Gérard, the chef, takes care of everything, including service, and his dishes are worthy of a great chef. From tapenade as an aperitif to simple, hearty dishes, everything is homemade with fresh produce, and the presentation is sophisticated. Out of season, the chef plays with menus from around the world. You can try a dozen dishes from the tasting menu, which changes every month.
