For 50 years, this family-run restaurant has been perpetuating the culinary traditions of Aigues-Mortes, from generation to generation. Here, the cuisine is authentic and generous: gardiane de taureau, blanquette or even faux-filet, prepared with passion by Sylvain, who composes his dishes according to the market. Petit restaurant qui ne paie pas de mine en dehors des Remparts mais une très bonne surprise. Assiettes copieuses, cuisine maison, je recommande !
