For 50 years, this family-run restaurant has been perpetuating the culinary traditions of Aigues-Mortes, from generation to generation. Here, the cuisine is authentic and generous: gardiane de taureau, blanquette or even faux-filet, prepared with passion by Sylvain, who composes his dishes according to the market. Moules frites infâmes. Les Moules trop cuites et pas de sauce marinière. Frites surgelées et au moment de payer la patronne est abjecte. Adresse à fuir.
