Silver Fish is an atypical place. For almost 30 years, the Isard family has operated hectares of land and ponds within a few kilometers of the walls of Aigues-Mortes. They have arranged a safe, shaded or sunny rest area for campers with a fishing package. In the wooden straw with view on the pond and the ramparts, you can taste freshly fished escarpments, persillade tellins or a grilled wolf that will be presented to you at the exit of the water and will cook before your eyes at the barbecue on vine ceps. These fish are accompanied by succulent potatoes cooked in the braise in papillote. It's a stop to recommend with family and friends.
