Domaine de Brau has been growing vines for 150 years and is the first certified organic estate in France. Fabien Revol and Guillaume Mauffrey set up in the heart of the Cabardès region, 10 minutes from Carcassonne, to make a dream come true: to produce their own modern, environmentally-friendly wines. At the cellar, you'll discover 4 ranges of wines, from light wines to blends, not forgetting the 2 cuvées en vin nature. Brau is also a great wine tourism experience, with unique ecolodges in the heart of the vineyards.

Fabien was an excellent host for our visit to his vineyard. He was very knowledgeable and engaging, taking us for a deep dive into the making and marketing of his excellent wine. We would highly recommend this experience (and wine) to visitors to the Carcassonne area. Thanks again, Fabien!
