Let's take a stroll with Bacchus, or more precisely with Florent Barbié, a young Bacchus with a moustache who knows wine like the back of his hand! In his cellar, you'll find subtly selected bottles from the Aude to the Occitanie region and as far afield as Burgundy, Côtes du Rhône and more. There are also a few champagnes, Irish whiskies, rum, 100% Aude gin, softs and local beers... To accompany your tasting experience, Florent offers a selection of Iberian charcuterie boards and Tarn cheese to order.

Très bons vins, plateaux de charcuterie et de fromage aussi bons que copieux. Et les précieux conseils d’un caviste souriant et à l’écoute de nos demandes. Top top top ????
