Renovated castle in the heart of the small village of Souilhanels with undeniable charm.
Located in the heart of the small village of Souilhanels, 4 km from Castelnaudary, the "castle" of the village, which was formerly the city hall was bought over and beautifully renovated by Françoise and Frédéric Bernier-Coster in 2008. Françoise who is a former "nose", chose to decorate these five large guest rooms on the theme of 5 great perfumes ... « J'adore », the family suite (4 persons, 2 interconnecting rooms), is adorned with gold and white, « Soir de Lune », is very baroque with its black padded fabrics and its tassels, « Jardin des délices » offers a very English cottage atmosphere that is bright and flowery, « L'instant magique » immerses us in the delight of a thousand and one night, and finally ... « Angel », which is more modern and design, takes us into a bluish atmosphere suitable for rest. The generous and particularly friendly table d'hôtes is prepared by Françoise and Frédéric with products that are labelled with Pays Cathare. Even the cassoulet is homemade! The hosts are welcoming and you will certainly want to extend your stay in the heart of Lauragais, in their incontestably charming house.
