André is an oenologist with a passion for the Canal and wine, which have always been closely linked. He loves to share his knowledge in a simple, convivial atmosphere. He welcomes you to his 1900 cellar in Sallèles-d'Aude, which is both a curiosity cabinet and an old attic, with a century-old still, a 1929 Citroën C4 and old objects. He offers delightful storytelling walks or bike rides around the Canal or Le Somail, ending with a wine tasting, winegrower grills, wine discoveries and a tour of his place made up of unusual objects from the past century!

À travers une belle petite balade au fil de l'eau nous avons apprécié ce petit moment d'histoire.
Quoi de mieux, après cette promenade à vélo le long des berges puis un retour au travers des vignes une excellente petite dégustation de vin autour d'une grillade dans un endroit complètement atypique ou le vintage est de mise.
Un très bon moment que je vous conseille quand on aime la simplicité et la convivialité.
La formule "grillades" est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix, on se régale et les quantités sont ultra copieuses.
Super activité à faire en famille.
