An estate with tastefully decorated rooms.

The Domaine Michaud is a superb stone building with a hotel, restaurant and jacuzzi. The rooms, all with private bathrooms, offer beautiful volumes and are tastefully decorated in different styles. Open since 2011, the restaurant was given a makeover in 2020. With a nod to the Dutch origin of the host family, the pearl refers to the famous painting "The Girl with the Pearl Earring" by the old master Vermeer.

Repas dans un cadre merveilleux avec vu sur parc et la cité de Carcassonne. Repas excellent que se soit sur le plan visuel ou gustatif. Personnel de service au top.

Tres beau cadre avec vue sur la vallée et la cite de Carcassonne. Menu excellent, saveurs variées et inventives de la mise en bouche jusqu'au dessert. explosion de couleurs qui ajoutent au plaisir gustatif. Vin de la région au rapport qualité prix excellent.
