LE GAEC DES BORDES
Located in Roquefeuil, in the Aude Pyrenees, GAEC des Bordes is a livestock farm specializing in the direct sale of beef and veal. The herd of Gascony cows from the Pyrenees is fed quality feed, with hay and cereals produced on the farm. In summer, the cows graze in the farm's meadows and in the summer pastures. In addition to meat, the GAEC des Bordes also sells potatoes grown on site. You'll have the opportunity to sample these products and many others (such as home-made charcuterie), by booking a meal in the old natural stone barn, converted into a reception room.
