Domaine des Homs is a winery that has been growing organic vines since 2006. The 20-hectare estate has belonged to the de Crozals family for three generations. It takes its name from the presence of ancient elm trees on the land, which have since disappeared. Domaine des Homs offers a wide selection of wines, all organically grown. Visitors can discover the different cuvées and learn more about environmentally-friendly production methods. For wine lovers and the curious alike, Domaine des Homs is a must-visit in the Minervois region.

Acceuil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, Anne et Jean-Marc De Crozals qui ont pris de leur temps pour partager avec nous.
Degustation de leur excellent petillant ainsi que leur jus de raisin, nous avons été conquis.
Leurs olives quand à elles sont exceptionnelles avec un petit goût de noisettes à tomber.
Nous sommes répartis avec un stock !
Très belle rencontre, nous ne manquerons pas d y revenir avec plaisir.

We had a wonderful visit of the Domaine on a Sunday when most others are closed, and the kind old lady patiently explained to us her family’s wine-making history and processes used today, followed by a lovely dégustation.
