Frédéric Labourasse's lair has been given a new look and has expanded, after taking over from his uncle. Wishing to offer a complete range of products and qualitative selections to his customers, he offers a beautiful showcase for beautiful bottles, highlighting local still and sparkling wines, Audoises liqueurs, spirits and alcohols. Drinking well is a motto here, the advice is pertinent and professional, come and discover vintages found in the four corners of the department, to taste the soul of this terroir.

Le patron Frédéric est très sympa, un grand choix de vin de qualité. Nous avons profité d'une dégustation. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'Hypocras en vin rouge. Je recommande cette cave.

De passage à Quillan, j'ai acheté une bouteille "l'empreinte" hier pour un apéro charcuterie puis des grillades. Une très belle surprise ! Les goûts fruités sont surprenants. Une très belle découverte. Merci beaucoup pour le conseil !
