Still a northern guy who gets lost in Uzes! Born in the heart of the th century, Stéphane Dupont, a Belgian-born, but cœur, has been in the kitchen since he opened the th century castle to the public. In the restaurant, the large dining room welcomes you with its apparent stones and a beautiful fireplace. Different menus take regional bipolar tones: the pan-fried foie gras and the magret parallel the waterzooï and the rabbit to the beer. Add to that Stéphane smokes his own salmon, that his bread is also home, as well as many terrine and candied of all kinds. Excellent local cuisine, for a very friendly welcome. At the end of the meal, a walk in the park or a relaxing break on the terrace that opens onto the nearby lake adds to the charm of the place.
