Welcome to our home!
On January 29, 2021, Ludovic and Nathalie gave us the keys to our new paradise: H2o.
That day we finally realized the dream of giving a meaning to our life! Epicureans, passionate about human contact, nature, cycling and walking, good parties with friends, pétanque, coinche or tarot evenings and many other things, we had been looking for a long time for a way to live "carpe diem" in an environment that resembles us.
It was during a weekend of cycling in the heart of the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée regional nature park that we immediately fell under the spell of the place. A magical moment when the planets aligned and the little voice inside us said "this is it", "go ahead"!
It took just one look to know that we were on the right path, in a region that we have enjoyed and loved for a long time..
From now on, we are Peyriacois, proud to be and very happy to welcome you to make you discover, in all authenticity and with conviviality, this small Occitan village and its pond full of charms.

L'Annexe H2O - A charming interlude in Peyriac-de-Mer
Nestled in the historic streets of the picturesque village of Peyriac-de-Mer, Annexe H2O is a charming house that promises a memorable getaway in the heart of the Aude region's unspoilt countryside.
Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, this pretty 75 m² cottage combines modern comfort with a warm ambience.
A cocoon of comfort on three levels:
- First floor: a bright living room with cosy lounge and fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, TV).
- 1st floor: a large master suite with 160 cm bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
- 2nd floor: a spacious bedroom with twin beds that can be made into a double bed, and a private bathroom with bathtub.
- Two separate toilets for even greater comfort.
