Château Auzias Multispace is a lively hybrid space housed in the estate's former stables. A tasting cellar, it is also a designer boutique and an arts and crafts workshop-gallery. Events are organized throughout the year: Christmas market or tapas bar, tastings, temporary exhibitions... In fine weather, you can enjoy the beautiful terrace while discovering local artists and craftsmen.

Built in 1620, the family estates of the Château de Pennautier covering 200 ha are rich in history linked to the recognition of its wines, long served at the court. Thanks to Nicolas and Miren de Lorgeril, this Cabardès has a deep garnet color, a black currant and garrigue nose, both powerful and deep. The cellar combines modern winemaking techniques with the naturalness of a winemaker's architecture. The store offers many local products, and you can also discover the wines of the property during a tasting.

Château Auzias is one of the region's leading estates, not only for the quality of its wines but also for its commitment to the environment. It is the lord of these fortresses, Roger-Pierre de Cabaret, who gave his current name to Cabardès (the lands of Cabaret) and to the domain of RougePeyre. The Bastide RougePeyre has belonged to the same family for nine generations and produces a range of Pays d'Oc IGP wines in Chardonnay, Merlot, Grenache, Syrah... In this place with a rich history, visits, tastings, treasure hunts, and other aperitif concerts are regularly organized for the pleasure of the visitors.
