Thanks to Nicolas and Miren de Lorgeril, this Cabardès has a deep garnet color, a black currant and garrigue nose, both powerful and deep. The cellar combines modern winemaking techniques with the naturalness of a winemaker's architecture. It is the lord of these fortresses, Roger-Pierre de Cabaret, who gave his current name to Cabardès (the lands of Cabaret) and to the domain of RougePeyre. The Bastide RougePeyre has belonged to the same family for nine generations and produces a range of Pays d'Oc IGP wines in Chardonnay, Merlot, Grenache, Syrah... In this place with a rich history, visits, tastings, treasure hunts, and other aperitif concerts are regularly organized for the pleasure of the visitors.
