This estate, located in the heart of the Minervois region, has been revitalised by the Danglas family and is sure to delight you. You will be captivated by the beauty and grandeur of the imposing 18th-century building, which houses the tasting cellar, the cellar with its vats and the cellar with its oak barrels. You will be able to taste, either inside or in the park overlooking the Canal du Midi and adjoining the estate's castle, its red and white AOC Minervois wines. Each suite has its own character. The King's suite evokes the era of Louis XIV, with its French ceilings and precious tapestries. The suite de la Comtesse, bathed in light, envelops you in a soothing atmosphere of golden reflections. The Riquet suite, a tribute to the designer of the Canal du Midi, offers a breathtaking view over the Aude plain. The Baron's suite, spacious and refined, gives direct access to the terraces and swimming pool. Finally, the Bibliothèque suite, ideal for book lovers, combines classic charm with a panoramic view of the Pyrenees. All feature top-of-the-range bedding, modern bathrooms and an inclusive breakfast, served in a dining room adorned with antique tapestries. More than just a place to stay, Château de Paraza is also a renowned winegrowing estate. It produces exceptional wines from emblematic Languedoc grape varieties such as Syrah and Grenache.
