Róisín and Sébastien welcome you to their brand-new restaurant Chapters, on Rue de la Mairie. This Franco-Irish couple has decided to revisit French cuisine with a modern twist. Menus change with the seasons and the availability of fresh produce. On our visit, we loved the thick slices of smoked salmon for starters, followed by a piece of beef with vegetables and a parsley sauce. For dessert, we paid tribute to Róisín's origins and opted for the Bailey's cheesecake: a delight!

WOW! You've just got to go! Simple as that! Outstanding in all ways. Best lamb dish and best profiterole we've ever had. Delicious mushroom velouté with truffle and Bailey's Irish Cream Cheesecake. We'll be back! No doubt about it. Next time, we'll have what he's/she's having!!!
