Natural and preserved site fed by the Rébenty and the Silver Fountain in the heart of the Pays de Sault at La Fajolle.
In the heart of the Sault country, Pisciculture de Lafajolle is a natural and preserved site, supplied by Rébenty and Fontaine d'Argent, two first-water streams. Five different trout species are raised there in accordance with the Charter of organic farming, and are spread in 13 ponds: brown trout, rainbow trout, salmon trout, arctic char and lake trout that it is good to try fishing with your fishing rod on the lake of 500m²! You can find the organic fish of this fish farming on the menu of the many restaurants of Quillan, Belcaire, Palmiers, Carcassonne, Rennes-Les-Bains, Perpignan or Toulouse. Remember that fishing is open only in summer, from the 1st of July to the 31st August, every day from 11am to 7pm. The purchase of trout and bull trout in the fish farm is possible throughout the rest of the year by reserving by phone.
Note: For those who wish to stay on site, the fish farm also has a cottage for 6 people located in the Lafajolle village.
