The Moulin à huile de Gruissan, located on the edge of the Massif de la Clape, owes its existence to the genuine passion of its owner, Frédéric Granier, an olive grower since 1996, who created the Gruissan mill in 2009. He specializes in the planting of olive trees right through to the sale of finished products, with meticulous attention to detail. Thanks to their diversity of character, the olive groves planted near the mill enable us to create subtle blends and varietal cuvées. Lucques, Olivière, Bouteillan, Aglandeau and Picholine, some 1,800 trees whose fruit is used in Frédéric Granier's productions. The producer offers no less than 5 different olive oils in his store. The pleasant store reflects the traditions of the South of France, with a wide range of regional and Provencal products on display alongside the mill's own products. In addition to a wide range of olive oils, you can treat yourself to olive oil-based cosmetics, shower gels and soaps, honey and other souvenirs and gift ideas (hand towels, ceramics, tea towels, potholders, gourmet baskets, etc.). The olive grower will be delighted to give you a tour of his workshop and mill, so you can get an insider's view of how his local products are made. A warm welcome for individuals and groups alike.
