Created in 1937, on the initiative of the producers of Fleury and Salles d'Aude, the cooperative cellar of La Vendémiaire counts today 185 members. Together, they produce nearly 70,000 hectoliters per year! A reference in the south of France, the independent winery offers a wide range of red, white and rosé wines. Some of them have made a place for themselves on the shelves of the general public, notably the vintages l'Insulaire, Anne de Rouch, La Garrigues red-rosé-white and Les Arbres Blanc. Their credo?
