When you think of wine tourism, you immediately think of Château La Bastide, located to the north of the Corbières appellation. Nan-Ping Gao masterfully manages this 180-hectare estate, 60 of which are PDO and PGI. Environmentally conscious, the estate is in the process of converting to organic farming, and produces over 20 top-quality wines, including the Istoria, Eidos and Optimée cuvées. All these wines regularly win gold medals. Nan also loves meeting people. She offers guided tours, tastings in the cellar and events such as "Vendangeur d'un jour ", a unique opportunity for sharing.

J'avais eu la chance de visiter en Janvier 2021 les caves et le magnifique Château la Bastide. Le processus de vinification est superbement expliqué par Nan Ping, avec dynamisme, intensité et sérieux. On retrouve d'ailleurs toutes ces qualités dans leur vin. Je recommande chaudement l'Eidos blanc et sa magnifique étiquette.

Nous avons vécu une superbe expérience aux côtés de Mme Gao. Elle a pris le temps de nous faire découvrir son domaine et ses vins. L’aventure vinicole que nous avons partagé en famille a été un plaisir et un régal. Nous avons ressenti la passion et l’amour qui animent cette équipe. Encore merci a vous. Famille Burin Fu.
