Allez dans ce magasin en face de l'office de tourisme de castelnaudary ou la femme qui nous a reçu est tout simplement très très commerçante. Elle a re ouvert son magasin après 19h rien que pour nous et nous a très bien conseillé. Elle va prendre sa retraite dans quelques mois ses associés seront vous recevoir comme elle, comme à la maison. N'hésitez pas à demander leur recette qu cassoulet pour le faire chez vous sans modération.

We rented a boat from LeBoat to tour Canal Midi. The tourist guide at LeBoat sent us to tourist info across the street and we found this terrific store for local specialties to stock our galley! Great hidden gem.
