Even if the historic downtown boutique remains a must, the new store that has opened in the area is an invitation to indulge. In addition to its superb design, La Maison Escudier now offers a place to showcase its expertise and products: artisanal cassoulet cooked on site, available fresh in cassole, vacuum-packed, in jars or canned, a saucissothèque, artisanal charcuterie, foie gras... A fine selection of local products completes the offer. Guided tour and tasting for groups (min. 20 pers.).

Niçois de passage aux halles de Narbonne nous avons ramené ce cassoulet sous vide le meilleurs que nous avons jamais mangé 4 un délice !

C'est une bonne boutique. J'ai apprécié le cassoulet sous vide et les conseils des vendeuses. Les prix sont corrects... espérons qu'ils tiennent leurs prix pour l'avenir.
