Even if the historic downtown boutique remains a must, the new store that has opened in the area is an invitation to indulge. In addition to its superb design, La Maison Escudier now offers a place to showcase its expertise and products: artisanal cassoulet cooked on site, available fresh in cassole, vacuum-packed, in jars or canned, a saucissothèque, artisanal charcuterie, foie gras... A fine selection of local products completes the offer. Guided tour and tasting for groups (min. 20 pers.).

J’aurais aimé un cassoulet au Canard, au Poulet. Pour ceux qui ne mangent pas de porc. Originalité et innovation même si je défends la Tradition.
Pareil sur les magrets de Canard sechés. Juste sans poivre. Ou avec des herbes. Sinon très bon. Très fin. Savoureux
