Located in the center of Carcassonne, Maxence's delicatessen and delicatessen store is a real eye-catcher, with its black facade and wooden lettering. In his open kitchen, the chef prepares deliciously presented dishes ranging from street-food to modernized "grandma's" dishes: pork spider, potato and morel mushrooms, sardine rillettes, stuffed cabbage, beef cheek or lamb millefeuille.
