Natur'Halles Cave is Carcassonne's haven for living wines. Taken over by Patrick Bournisien and Thomas Brieux, a sharp sommelier who spent 18 years with Franck Putelat, this "free" wine cellar champions organic, natural and biodynamic wines, selected without compromise. Here, no fewer than 200 references, all tasted and chosen after meeting each winemaker. No guesswork, just good stuff. And to make sure you don't get lost, let the maestros guide you. We'll extend the experience at Vendimia, their wine & tapas bar in the heart of the medieval city.

We are just enjoying a bottle of wine we bought from this wine merchants on the last night of our holiday. The owner is so passionate about natural wines and will help you choose a wine that’s right for you. If you’re lucky, she’ll crack open a bottle for you to try! In an old fashioned town like Carcassonne, this wine shop is a great find for wine enthusiasts.
