Set back from the main roads of Carcassonnais, do not hesitate to push the door of this Belgian enclave in Occitan land. You will be welcomed by Johan, the master of the place, who will kindly guide you to taste one of his 100% Belgian craft beers, among the 201 references he sells. In this beer and chip bar, you can drink, eat and snack at your leisure, spacious and pleasant with its large oak barrels and tables, you can sit down to discover or rediscover all sorts of local specialities (snacking): enter the Belgitude! Belgian fries, Ardennes brochette, fricadelle, meatballs, croquettes, mixed salads...all at very low prices. In the evening from 6pm, we switch to afterwork mode, the dishes on the menu are then offered in tapas formula.
