La Sapinière is an ancestral story. Its landscape is a picture of elegant buildings in the shade of a park, in the heart of a ten-acre vineyard, facing the ramparts of Carcassonne. One immediately perceives the good manners and hardworking spirit that characterise the domain. It produces a real Malepère AOC wine, with much attention, for a powerful and fleshy fruity result. The owners, Joëlle and Dominique Parayre, will tell you more about the estate, its strides and the wine warehouse, while discovering vintages. A real experience, an authentic and controlled approach to winegrowing.
